Why Give?

When you give a gift to the diocese, your parish, Catholic school or ministry, you demonstrate your gratitude to God for all the gifts with which He has blessed you. You also give witness to others as to the importance of your faith, at the same time blessing the lives of those who will benefit from your generosity.

Parish book study

Our next book study is beginning on Tuesday, 4th March and we will be reading “A Father who keeps his promises: God’s Covenant Love in Scripture” by Scott Hahn. This book does an excellent job of presenting the story that is woven throughout scripture of God who invites his people into loving relationship with him, culminating in the ‘new and eternal covenant’ through Jesus.

Our book study commences on Tuesday 4th of March at 7pm in the Gathering Space of St Paul’s. If you can’t attend in person, the session will be livestreamed each week on the parish YouTube channel, so you can catch up at a later date.

There are several ways you can read along with us. The book is available in paperback – the parish office still has 8 copies available for those who would like to purchase one (cost is $35). The book is also available in e-book format via Amazon, and you can also listen to the Audiobook version through Audible. Lastly, it's available to read online for free via the online library archive.org.
